We built The Forge because Ilkeston needed a genuinely modern, flexible workspace — not a converted spare room with a kettle in the corner.

Every part of the building was designed with sustainability in mind: solar panels, heat pump underfloor heating, and air conditioning to keep things comfortable year-round. EV charging is also available on site, powered by our solar panels, as a paid extra.
